bioMmune Technologies Inc. Grants Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, October 5, 2016 -- bioMmune Technologies Inc. (TSX.V: IMU) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that pursuant to the Company’s Incentive

Stock Option Plan (the “Plan”), it has granted incentive stock options to directors and officers of the Company to purchase an aggregate of 392,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.72 per share (being the closing price of the Company’s stock on Tuesday, October 4, 2016) for a period of five years from the date of grant.

The options are subject to vesting as to 205,000 options 3 months after the date of grant and 98,000 each quarter thereafter until fully vested (12 months following the date of grant).
